Unity Center offers inpatient mental health treatment to adults and adolescents ages 9 to 17. As your medical home, Unity Care NW is committed to a patient-centered care team model that engages patients and their families in their care. Unity Health Network provides excellence in health care and preventive medicine in professional settings that promote wellness. We also assist in coordinating your care with those who support you – family members, peers, counselors, doctors, and others. Also known as a Federally Qualified Health Center, we work to improve access to health care for everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Unity Care NW is a local, non-profit health care provider that is part of a national network of community health centers. After graduating in 1992 from the University of Washington with her Masters of Nursing, she came back to Unity Care NW and was the third provider employed by the health center. Muriel first came to Unity Care NW (formerly Interfaith Community Health Center) in 1991 as a nurse practitioner student. We will work with you to create a plan of recovery that respects your individual choices and empowers you to integrate your needs, wants, preferences, strengths, and goals into a recovery plan that works for you. All other patient-related communication must be made by calling our main clinic number at 36. Our team of dedicated psychiatric professionals will help you through life’s most difficult moments in a compassionate and safe environment. Unity Care has a wide-range of rewarding positions serving underserved foster youth and families in Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Placer Counties.
We provide immediate psychiatric care and a path to stabilization and recovery for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Unity Center for Behavioral Health is a 24-hour behavioral and mental health services center located in the greater Portland metropolitan area.
